This webinar brings together experts from the Marion County Commission on Youth (MCCOY), the ACLU of Indiana, and the League of Women Voters of Indiana to help nonprofits confidently support civic engagement while remaining compliant with election and advocacy regulations. Speakers Danielle Drake, Sarah Kumfer, and Barbara Tully share practical guidance on what nonprofits can and cannot do around elections, key advocacy best practices, current voter-focused initiatives across Indiana, and tools for voter registration and education, including Vote411. The session also highlights voter rights efforts such as the ACLU of Indiana’s “Yes! You Can Vote!” campaign and concludes with an interactive Q&A, equipping attendees with actionable resources to strengthen civic participation in their communities.
